Responsibility
- attending to all apartments to ensure high standards are continuously met
- conduct regular inventory checks & inspections for quality control. And arrange maintenance and repair of all apartments
- source and distribute all necessary apartment supplies and track inventory accordingly
- manage Serviced Apartments in and around London, UK
- respond to enquiries via either OTA messages or email and phone call
- provide customer service and act as a point of contact
- manage a contact list of clients/partners/ suppliers
- list and optimise properties on different booking sites and agencies
Requirements
- at least 4-7 years’ experience working in property sales or property acquisition
- is exceptionally detail orientated and well organised
- knowledge or Experience of Channel Manager, Stripe Payments, OTA’s & Duve systems
- attention to details
- ability to work under pressure
- willing to learn new skills and implement them
- excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
