  • our Customer Service Team is committed to delivering excellent service to our residents
  • we represent DAMHA at the frontline, dealing with a variety of resident enquiries
  • we pride ourselves on being knowledgeable, efficient, and resident focused, delivering a quality customer experience
  • we are looking to appoint a suitably experienced individual to job share the post of Customer Service Advisor
  • durham Aged Mineworkers Homes’ Association is a Housing Provider and the largest Almshouse charity in the country, our stock is across 130 sites within 80 villages across the North East
  • you must also be available to provide a full-time service to cover your job share partners absences
  • training and ongoing support, coaching & development will be provided

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent
