- they seek a highly motivated person with excellent customer care skills to manage their current account base
- customer Success Manager / Customer Care Manager - This well-established but rapidly expanding Technology company in West Kent has created a new Account Manager position
- this is not a new business role, but more a Client Care position, managing their accounts – a single point of contact - retaining and nurturing the existing client base
- the core focus is to ensure the accounts are being serviced correctly and everything is running smoothly, but with the aim to ensure a growth in revenue generated from these existing customers
- full driving licence required
- it’s all about your soft skills: direct client-facing and customer care
- you’ll be reporting directly to the MD and working alongside Marketing. The company is of a size where you can truly make a difference and your efforts will be noticed and rewarded
