Responsibility

  • provide support to line Managers, employees and clients
  • assisting with all requests and enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • keeping up to date with company activities and building good relations with all employees
  • manage employee lifecycle from recruitment to termination, including employee relations issues
  • review employee documentation and provide advice accordingly taking their internal terms and conditions into account
  • attend departmental or office team meetings
  • work with all departments to ensure policy compliance
  • update and maintain HR system and personnel files

Requirements

  • working in HR department or role is essential
  • experience of working with HR Management systems desirable
  • IT literate and a strong communication
  • experience using Microsoft systems are desirable
  • good time keeping skills as well as ability to prioritise workload
  • previous experience of payroll processing
  • quick thinking, proactive and approachable
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience desired
