Responsibility

  • liaising with sales agents and retail partners and dealing with day to day enquiries
  • handling the appointment scheduling, following up and targeting new clients
  • prepare all assets for seasonal collections
  • communicating to internal teams on orders
  • following up and chasing clients for order confirmations
  • checking the lead times with production for orders
  • updating internal file for stockists and targets for each market
  • communicate to E-com team on the current stockist list

Requirements

  • knowledge of reporting and analysis
