bar manager
Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- assisting all Bar and clubhouse customers to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a happy environment for all our Members and Guests
- working closely with our Kitchen Franchise to maximise business and ensure our Clubhouse is the vibrant centre of our Golf Club
- liaise with Club Manager to ensure the smooth running of the bar for customers and events
- training of staff members
- ability to lead and direct team members of varying experience, with a plan for each days service
- stock management including rotation, wastage, stock taking, ordering, pricing, ensuring stock levels are kept to levels appropriate to business
- till programming
- accurately recording and reporting nightly/weekly takings
Requirements
- have previous Bar and/or Restaurant Management Experience
- hold a current Scottish Personal Licence or willing to obtain this qualification
- have an adaptable Management style and be a natural team player
- supervising experience: 2 years
- bar management: 1 year
- hospitality: 1 year
- customer service: 1 year
