Requirements
minimum of 15 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on leadership development
proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth
strong leadership skills, including experience managing and mentoring teams of consultants
excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
strategic thinker with the ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
experience working with global clients and a deep understanding of cross-cultural communication
advanced degree in business administration, management, or related fields preferred

work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs
state instructional end goals and create content that matches them
visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods
provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
create supporting material/media
Education
proven working experience in instructional design , leveraging AI and latest technologies applied to e-learning content
excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
lesson and curriculum planning skills
basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge
solid knowledge of course development software, ideally Evolve Authoring Tool and Intellum’s Exceed LMS
visual design skills and ability to storyboard
ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
BS or MA degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar

coordinate with clients to assess their leadership development needs and objectives
develop program proposals and design innovative leadership solutions using Duke CE’s resources
manage the entire program development process from start to finish, ensuring that program delivery meets or exceeds client expectations
collaborate with faculty, other members of the program team, and partners to deliver high-quality programs
oversee program budgets, timelines, reporting, and evaluations
ensure that all program materials and learning materials are produced at the highest level of quality
build and maintain effective relationships with clients, program participants, and other stakeholders
