Responsibility
act as the first point of contact for all UK and European students
monitor student success and engagement with the courses
assist with assignment extension requests, ensuring paperwork is filed correctly
contact students regarding good grades, fail grades, assignment examples, and assignment reminders
maintain multiple spreadsheets and project plans
manage all administration for the student recruitment and retention cycle, including onboarding, offer letters, starter documentation, and exit interviews
manage the student support inbox, responding to students and working with the Academic Leadership team and Learning Experience Manager on any escalations
conduct weekly drop-in sessions via teams with students
