Responsibility

  • it would be advantageous is you have Experience of EKM Powershop and Royal Mail – Click and Drop
  • we are looking for a motivated individual to join our small team as an E-Commerce & Customer Service Assistant, at our main office in Tooting, London on a part time basis. However, during busy times additional days maybe requested
  • packaging stock orders, processing postage and responding to our customer service role - assisting customers with orders, email and phone queries, processing returns as well as maintaining a clean and tidy office
  • as a relatively small team it is important our team members can add additional responsibilities and roles as they grow with us
  • your time will be spent assisting the Dub Vendor E-commerce processes; preparing stock items for online sale - primarily: uploading products, item photography and sound clips
  • responding to customer email queries, organising return postage, processing returns and answering the office phone

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • numeracy and literacy skills
  • experience of Royal Mail – Click and Drop and EKM Powershop an advantage
  • attention to detail in all areas
  • team player, with positive happy attitude
  • communication skills
  • E-commerce software or online retail: 1 year
