Responsibility

  • ensure the implementation of appropriate systems, policies and procedures in relation to data collection, compliance and data protection
  • oversee Incident Management procedures, liaising with services to ensure all incidents are recorded and processed in line with policy
  • encourage a culture of continuous learning through incidents by implementing appropriate frameworks
  • support EDP services and stakeholders to understand and meet local, national and organisational targets in relation to compliance, regulation, performance and information governance
  • working closely with EDP’s parent charity, Humankind, to support development of tools and processes to enable EDP to measure the impact of the services we provide
