  • multi email inbox supervision
  • ensure Offshore Partners are completing their tasks in an adequate manner and escalate to PL Manger if not
  • monitoring Dext Precision to ensure that tasks are completed in an adequate time frame
  • aid with upkeep and utilise Approval Max for relevant clients
