- drive has a fantastic opportunity to join their rapidly expanding, award-winning team as an internal recruiter
- create and Post job adverts on various job boards and social media
- carry out interviews both virtually and face to face
- ensure recruitment tracker is kept up to date and regularly shared with the Directors of the business
- arrange interviews, from notifying hiring managers and candidates, to booking meeting spaces and sending interview confirmations
- ensure internal recruitment processes are adhered to and relevant right to work checks are completed
- searching for suitable candidates on various job boards
- carry out new staff inductions and follow up calls
