5 years Field Sales Experience

Responsibility

technical - Undertake site surveys and compile quotations for planned maintenance and refurbishment projects
ensure an overview understanding of industry guidelines and British Standards in order to provide customers with guidance
provide and calculate cost sheets for each refurbishment quotation and maintain margins
new Business Development- Increase Market Share of the UK through developing & establishing relationships with End Users, Multi-Service and Facilities Management Companies
complete and return documentation for tenders
update and maintain the Service Stream quote record system
account Management - Proactively manage a designated geographical area, including existing accounts, working with Service Team to ensure smooth delivery of workflow
