Responsibility
- you will play an important role in the business towards the day to day activities and target the improvement of the overall business
- maintain inventory levels and ensure that supplies are ordered and stocked as needed
- hold regular team meetings, including departmental and management. · To carry out appraisals and reviews in accordance with the company procedure
- maintaining standards, co-ordinating staff and assisting in every way to ensure the salon is run in a professional and 5 Star manner
- liaise with HR team and maintain Health & Safety policies
