● Actively support the Head of Operations by identifying and implementing process improvements
● Work closely with the Head of Operations and warehouse manager to ensure daily operations of the company runs smoothly
● Provide regular updates to the Head of Operations and the managing director at review meetings

● Provide support to other areas of the business as required e.g. within sales, technical support
● Supervising a team of customer service administrators; to include all day-to-day management tasks such as training, performance management and attendance monitoring
● Act as a role model to the team and encourage and motivate them to provide excellent customer service and meet all response time targets
they will enjoy motivating others and use their strong communication skills to lead by example
they will have a good understanding of online selling regulations and previous e-commerce experience
knowledge of the Bathroom industry would be an advantage
they will enjoy problem solving and identifying improvements in processes to increase business productivity
in addition to supervising the team this role encompasses elements of the customer service administrator role, providing support to Dramco clients over the telephone and via email
the successful candidate will have a proven track record of supervising a small customer service team, where they have used their own initiative to be successful
