Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- coaching and providing regular feedback to reports to assist with their development and improvement in their individual KPIs
- managing and rectifying customer complaints, issues, and comments; ensure that the team are under-promising and over-delivering
- creating and/or coordinating regular staff training events or sessions
- responsible to: Retail Director
- analysing sales results and creating weekly reports to be given to the Retail Director
- hours: 40 hours per calendar week
- working through the Stock Administrator to ensure that stock hygiene is maintained throughout the store and stockroom
- ensuring the highest level of customer service and salesmanship from the store team and leading by example in their own salesmanship and service
Requirements
- the ability to understand sales data and KPIs
- familiarity with tailoring & alterations
- familiarity with made-to-measure processes
- confident and clear communicator that can inspire and motivate a sales team
