I was a customer of Dragonhive for a total of around 5 months. Within the first month of having a VPS with this company they informed me they had mistaken my account for someone else's and my VPS' data had been completely wiped. After this mistake Dragonhive did offer 3 months free I accepted and continued to use their service. The new month my VPS had once again been completely wiped because of a billing error on their end. After this one I was very reluctant to continue using them for my VPS however they did offer a refund of the initial payment I had made so I once again decided to stay with them and give them the benefit of the doubt. After 2 more months of very few issues my server was once again completely wiped. This time was apparently due to a system error their end once again. After this time I completely lost trust with the company and they had no offer of compensation for my data loss. Please steer clear of this company. The response times are appalling and services not much better.
