Responsibility
- selling the products and services offered by the company to current and prospective clients via telephone, e-mail, website and trade counter
- actively contacting our existing customers to develop the account by increasing sales volumes and product selections
- provide administrative support to the external Sales Representatives. This includes but is not limited to providing quotations, following up on visits
- delivering a high standard of customer service when assisting with general or product enquiries
Requirements
- great phone manner and be fully computer literate
- the ability to problem solve and offer expert solutions
- great people skills
- focused, self-motivated and target driven when working in a fast paced environment
- experience working as part of a team in a call centre
