Responsibility

  • they will also be expected to work collaboratively with the wider School community
  • facilitating all prospective and parent facing events as directed by marketing, admissions and appropriate members of SLT. e.g., open mornings, year-group coffee mornings and parent brunches
  • facilitating events which require ticketing, refreshments and front of house management in conjunction with the Assistant Head Co-Curricular. e.g., Carol Service, drama productions, concerts etc
  • the post holder will be responsible for ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements relating to the School’s events activities, including risk assessments, are met
  • working with the SLT, Head of Estates, Director of Sports and all other appropriate colleagues to ensure appropriate logistic support for School events
  • working with the School’s marketing department to ensure that the School’s events are in line with brand guidelines and are appropriately advertised
  • working with the School’s caterers to ensure that the provision of all catering for events purposes is appropriately costed and presented
