Responsibility
- assist with site preparation work, including cleaning and clearing the site, setting up fencing, and other setup tasks as required
- load and unload materials, tools, and equipment, and transport them to the appropriate locations on site
- support tradespeople and site managers by fetching materials, tools, or equipment and carrying out general tasks as directed
- maintain a clean and safe working environment by performing tasks such as sweeping, removing waste, and organizing tools and materials
- follow all health and safety regulations on-site, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
Requirements
- CSCS card preferred but not essential
- physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
- reliability and punctuality
- previous experience in construction or a similar role is beneficial but not necessary
