- reporting To: Reception Night Manager
- purpose of the Role: To assist the Reception Night Manager in the smooth running of the hotel
- ensure all information is handed over to the following shift
- to assist, as directed by the Night Manager, with the breakdown, cleaning and preparation of function rooms in accordance with company standards
- report any faults with phone lines or communication systems/software to the Departmental Manager
- ensure you adhere to policies and procedures as set out in the staff handbook
