Responsibility
- you will need to have great customer service skills, be highly organised and an excellent communicator
- at DOVISTA we pride ourselves on letting daylight and fresh air into people’s everyday lives
- as Service Coordinator you will be responsible for providing an efficient and professional after sales service to our customers ensuring they are always kept informed
- you will case manage several customer enquiries through to resolution which will involve diagnosing the root cause and taking the necessary actions to resolve
- experience within the construction industry or knowledge of technical drawings is always a plus - however we will provide comprehensive training to all successful candidates to give you the skills and knowledge to succeed
- our offices are based in Huntingdon and we offer the option for people to work 2 days from home a week should they wish. Working hours are 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.30pm on Friday
