Responsibility

  • carrying out letting appraisals and securing new business
  • preparing inventories and schedules of condition
  • handling day to day enquiries and correspondence from clients by phone, email and in person
  • preparing marketing material and updating websites and property portals
  • co-ordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors
  • conducting quarterly property visits and preparing condition reports
  • carrying out check-in and check-out inspections
  • conducting accompanied viewings

Requirements

  • minimum 2 years' current lettings experience at negotiator level
  • excellent written and communication skills and confidence dealing with clients
  • attention to detail
  • ideally ARLA qualified
