Requirements
have proven experience within recruitment ideally high volume temporary and permanent recruitment
experience in undertaking targeted recruitment, sourcing and employment campaigns
understanding of appropriate selection methods and techniques, ideally experience in recruiting for social care including value based/safer recruitment processes
be knowledgeable about candidate attraction and have ideas to bring to the role
be an excellent communicator
well-organized
be a team player and manage relationships well internally and externally
be experienced in both support and challenge with leaders
