Responsibility

  • manage the opening and closing of the kitchen - Prepare, cook and present food to the company standard - Keep the kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic at all times
  • we are looking for a chef/cook to work with us on match days and other ad hoc shifts, including weekends, match days to provide food to the lounge bar, and any home & visiting committee and feed the players after the game! There will be occasions when it is necessary to work alone in the kitchen, so understandings of Food Safety, documentation and standards are essential
