Responsibility

  • carrying out monthly or quarterly bookkeeping for clients
  • this will involve processing client paperwork/records and preparation of a trial balance

Requirements

  • payroll experience would be an advantage
  • liaise with clients
  • record income and expenditure in accounts package & ledgers
  • to be self-motivated and have a willingness to take responsibility
  • prepare and submit VAT returns
  • demonstrable discretion and trustworthiness
  • strong attention to detail
  • processing bank, petty cash and credit card transactions
