Requirements
proven experience in driving brand awareness and organic growth on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
understanding of the preferences and needs of busy professionals and overseas clients in the property industry
demonstrated ability to create engaging content, including lead magnets, to attract and retain clients
self-starter with the ability to independently create and execute a marketing plan from scratch
proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, such as Canva and video editing software
strong analytical skills to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
excellent written and verbal communication skills with an informal yet professional brand tone
creative mindset with a flair for storytelling and captivating content creation
