liaising with client teams, as directed by the HBC team, in a professional and courteous manner and responding promptly and accurately to both client team and HBC team requests
proven experience in a similar Project Coordinator/Administrative role, supporting a team of people, held for at least three years
proven ability to work with initiative and self-sufficiency supporting senior individuals with different needs, expectations and working styles
