  • good working knowledge of Scottish Planning and Building Standards
  • experience in preparing planning and building warrant applications
  • excellent detailing ability in particular on domestic/residential projects
  • capable of working both autonomously and as part of a small team
  • ability to communicate effectively with clients, design team, contractors and local authorities
  • architecture: 1 year
  • full driving license preferred
