Responsibility

  • negotiate the Letting of a property including viewings
  • establishing contact with prospective tenants or landlords
  • explaining the benefits of our service to landlords and win new instructions/business
  • generating and maintaining customer contact with prospective clients in order to accomplish lettings targets
  • maintain customer records and ensure customer satisfaction
  • manage your allocated property portfolio to maximise office income, including the retention of properties/clients
  • manage all property maintenance issues and keep all parties advised in a timely manner
  • liaise with Landlords and negotiate with contractors for works to be carried out on properties

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • lettings: 2 years
