Responsibility
- assist the directors on a daily basis
- be able to replace them when they are on leave
- report to superiors when needed
- perform tasks as directed
- promote teamwork at all times
- work outdoors during daily tides: loading/unloading, tie-down and untie hooks, turning bags
- work indoors: jobs related to the production work
Requirements
- full and valid driving license
- no previous experience in oyster farm is required as training will be provided
- manual Handling is preferred but not required
- able to work a flexible schedule
- enjoy working with people and teams
- must be able to work on a fast-paced production schedule
- must be willing to learn and be efficient in tasks
- demonstrate the ability to work safely and effectively in changing weather
