- work with the Security Officers in your team to ensure all Security records during your shifts are kept up to date
- ability to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to our staff, contractors, visitors, and residents
- complete patrols internally and externally
- use CCTV, Access Control, Alarm Systems in accordance with SOP’s
- welcome and register contractors carrying out works in the Estate in line with the Meridian and PTW SOP’s
- work with the Security Officers in your team to confirm all incidents are reported in compliance with customer and company policy and procedures
- assist the Estate Security Manager / Team leaders in developing and sharing “best practice,” and use of systems and tools to improve service effectiveness
- be able to cover Security Team Leader shift in emergencies
