Responsibility

  • wash dishes and kitchen equipment
  • keep the bakery kitchen and storage areas clean and tidy
  • take out any trash and recycling
  • take in deliveries
  • mop floors and maintain cleanliness of the bakery
  • assist with basic bakery preparation tasks as required
  • adhere to health and safety regulations
  • communicate effectively with other members of the bakery team

Requirements

  • previous experience in a kitchen porter role or similar
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • good time management skills
  • attention to detail
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
