- A good memory and be able to memorize multiple spec sheets
- A positive can-do attitude, working well in a fast paced environment, & enjoy customer interactions
- A commitment to delivering a great customer experience and have excellent attention to detail even when under pressure
- A hunger to lean more and a passion for drink knowledge
- A healthy work life balance, typically with Sundays & Mondays off

Education
- looking to learn the trade directly, in a fast paced and fun environment. No experience required just a desire to learn
- full cocktail, sprit, Bar training will be provided and regular training days to encourage development
