- knowledge of developing an individual giving programme and ensuring an excellent donor experience
- knowledge of developing an individual Essential Application/interview giving programme and ensuring an excellent donor experience
- demonstrable experience of securing 5 and 6 figure awards from trusts and/or major donors
- demonstrable experience of securing 5 and Essential Application/interview
- outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Responsibility
