  • minimum of 3 years’ fundraising experience, ideally with experience of a broad range of fundraising disciplines
  • minimum of 5 years’ fundraising experience, Essential Application/interview ideally with experience of a broad range of fundraising disciplines
  • knowledge of developing an individual giving programme and ensuring an excellent donor experience
  • knowledge of developing an individual Essential Application/interview giving programme and ensuring an excellent donor experience
  • demonstrable experience of securing 5 and 6 figure awards from trusts and/or major donors
  • demonstrable experience of securing 5 and Essential Application/interview
  • outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • outstanding written and verbal Essential Application/interview communication skills

Responsibility

  • key tasks and accountabilities are intended to be a guide to the range and level of work expected of the post holder
