- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- ensure that a robust, responsive, and effective complaints management process is in place and deployed within the practice
- manage the customer satisfaction feedback mechanisms within the practice, such as the Customer
- ensure that a system is in place within the practice with standards and processes to deliver outstanding customer service and engagement at every “touch point” in the customer journey
- this will include the development and maintenance of effective methods for financial management such as quotations; collection of payments for treatments; accurate and effective billing and invoicing for these also
- deliver a Customer Engagement program for the practice including Open Events, Staff Engagement evenings and Supplier Events
- ensure the effective delivery of services within the practice is in line with practice performance standards and objectives
