Responsibility
- property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to assess the condition of units, common areas, and exterior spaces
- inspection Reports: Create detailed inspection reports documenting findings, including property defects, maintenance needs, and suggested improvements
- defect Coordination: Coordinate the timely resolution of property defects by liaising with maintenance teams, contractors, and property owners
