Responsibility
develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration
identify and target potential customers, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities
understand customer needs and technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions
provide technical support and expertise to customers during the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns
collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to ensure effective communication and coordination in delivering customer solutions
prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to potential customers
monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and potential product/service improvements
build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements
bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field is preferred
past experience in Energy Sector
proven experience in sales, preferably in the inspection services
strong technical background and understanding of relevant technologies, applications, and industry standards
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers
strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
