Responsibility

  • we let and manage a large portfolio of properties across the greater Nottingham area. We are an established, independent Estate and Letting Agents that have been trading in Nottingham for over a decade
  • keeping files up to date and compliant
  • answering phone calls, dealing with walk in enquiries, arranging viewings and conducting feedback for landlords/vendors
  • carrying Out Check Out and Move in Inventories
  • managing the application process, referencing and preparing tenancy agreements
  • carrying out viewings on rental and sales properties
