- to represent M&D Care with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- to handle all telephone enquiries with professionalism, establishing their needs to ensure they are directed/transferred to the correct department/team
- to welcome visitors to the Inspiration Centre making sure that they are assisted in a caring and pleasant manner
- to receive visitors at the reception desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- to provide refreshments for visitors and ensure the seating and refreshment areas are tidy and fully stocked
- to manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- to assist with department administrative tasks as required, including, scanning, filing, data entry and photocopying
- to ensure all administrative procedures are completed accurately and in accordance with the departmental guidelines
