- we re looking for someone who is good with people and can work well alone and as a team
- needs to be a able to use logical processes to fault find and give non technical explanations to clients
- the day to day role will involve repairing customers computer equipment as well as remotely supporting when needed
- training is provided where necessary to fill in any gaps in knowledge
- you will be required to work both on-site with clients and at our local store and have the ability to advise and sell new products as well as repair broken equipment
- you will also need to travel to local customers and resolve issues with wireless networking and general software issues with Apple and Windows based products
