- managing your own projects from conception to completion
- liaising with artists to estimate works from client briefs and technical drawings
- project planning, including staff coordination, task allocation, material ordering and budgeting
- undertaking quality control assessments of completed works and samples for issue
- monitoring project progress, providing client feedback and ongoing guidance to artists
- overseeing and developing ongoing relationships with new and existing clients
- assisting with marketing campaigns, including social media content creation and participating in trade events and exhibition shows
Requirements
- previous experience supporting project delivery
- practical or educational background in art, decoration, architecture or design
- experienced reading and interpreting technical /architectural drawings
- exceptional organisational and time management skills
- competent practical ability in any of DKT main skill sets, e.g. painting, gilding, carving etc
- high level written and verbal communication skills
- logical thinking, problem solving and optimistic attitude
- confidant communicator, with the ability to form and maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally
