Responsibility
- learning recipes and cooking dishes to our expected high quality, standards and portion sizes
- assist the Operation Manager in planning staff rotas, managing stock control and updating the integrated kitchen software
- co-manage the training and development of your team members
- work efficiently during food preparation and service
- help the kitchen team carry out daily HACCP and opening & closing checks in accordance to food safety regulations
- assist the team when receiving and unloading deliveries whilst making sure stock is stored properly by tidying and maintaining storage rooms
- organising line stations to enable a smooth service while forecasting orders to minimise wastage
- deliver all paperwork on time
