Responsibility

  • lead a team of 4-6 personnel allocating daily tasks
  • oversee material receipts and quality assurance checks are accurately completed
  • ensure all material kits are picked, allocated and prepared for production teams
  • oversee Stock Management, stock takes and cycle counts
  • promote continuous improvement and as part of the team proactively seek new & improved methods
  • to lead, train and motivate a multi-skilled team to achieve individual and departmental development
  • use of MRP/ERP and SFDC operating systems
  • assist with the development of ‘Quality first’ focus throughout the Company
