Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- team leadership, supporting, training and mentoring your room team
- leading practice for 0-2 yr olds in the nursery
- provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery room
- plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
- supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and rest periods
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery room
- communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities
- collaborate with other Room leaders and nursery staff to ensure a cohesive and positive learning environment
Requirements
- level 3 Early Years Educator or equivalent
- previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- nursery: 3 years
- nursery experience: 3 years
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
