Responsibility
- diversity Housing is a small but growing specialist landlord
- we offer accommodation with intensive housing management to help tenants with Mental Health illness to live independently
- we currently have 19 sites across the Bradford District
- we have 3/4 bedroom shared accommodation and one 10-bedroom shared accommodation
- we work alongside specialist support agencies
- to fulfil housing management and health and safety functions in line with practices and regulations
- to provide direct high-quality housing and support advice and practical help to high level complex needs service users to enable them to achieve wellbeing and independent living
- to engage in a supportive, meaningful and empathic manner with all residents, building trust, developing relationships and providing effective support, empowering service users to gain/rebuild confidence, motivation and resilience to maintain independent living
