Responsibility
- we are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team as a Finance Administrator
- manage payment processes for food vendors, including reconciling digital and face-to-face payments
- process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained and recorded
- additionally, you will assist with payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely compensation for our staff
- assist the general manager in operational tasks, such as opening procedures, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- support payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation
- respond to queries and resolve any issues related to financial transactions or vendor payments
- utilise accounting software, to maintain accurate financial records and generate reports
Requirements
- previous experience working within a Finance or Commercial team is highly desirable
- A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in a finance role is required
- demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines
- strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
- familiarity with accounting software is preferred
- proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with a good working knowledge of spreadsheets and data analysis
