Requirements
- previous experience as a senior operational leader essential
- experience leading a Night Shift team advantageous
- experience in leadership within a challenging but highly rewarding distribution or technical environment
- experienced in fast accurate decision making
- experienced in being the senior point of contact for a shift, being responsible for escalations
- health & safety experience
- continuous improvement experience is advantageous
- developing and implementing operational and service improvements
Responsibility
- to ensure all Warehouse and Configuration night shift duties are carried out effectively in line with SLA’s
- to ensure the Night Shift team continues to feel a part of the wider Supply Chain team
- ensure compliance of company policies and procedures, including ensuring health & safety standards, risk assessments and safe systems of work
- achieving goals & objectives set out in KPIs and SLAs
- working in co-operation with other shifts and departments, developing and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues, ensuring that there is regular communication across the entire leadership team
