- take customer orders and provide excellent customer service
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
- handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- follow health and safety guidelines and procedures
- participate in training programs and continuously improve knowledge and skills through supervision and team meetings
- previous experience as a barista is preferred
