- maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the salon work area
- upsell salon products and services to clients
- mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on hair techniques
Requirements
- proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon environment
- proficiency in a range of hair services including cutting, styling, and colouring
- strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients
- ability to perform eyelash extensions and makeup application is a plus
- knowledge of barbering techniques is advantageous
- previous experience in front desk duties or store management is beneficial
- no experience required. But passionate about the job. Willing to learn
